Hisar, February 18: Thanks to the advancements in medical science, a 29-year-old woman who has not had any periods in her life has become pregnant with the help of egg cells donated by her sister. The woman, Anita (name changed), belongs to Panipat district and is undergoing treatment at the National Fertility and Test-tube Baby Centre of Bishnoi Hospital here.
According to her case history, the size of her uterus was only 3.5 cm and she had never had periods. She has been married for several years and was taken for a medical check-up.
