Sama is participating in the 43rd Annual Meet of Medico Friend Circle (MFC) to be held at Jan Swasthya Sahyog, Chhattisgarh from 27 to 29 January 2017. The theme of this year’s Annual Meet is ‘Chronic Diseases in relation to Poverty’. Discussions will be held around Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and how to address NCDs among the poorer sections in the society given the current health care scenario. Sama will present papers on Gender and NCDs and Role of pharmaceutical sector in drug development for NCDs from Sama’s study on Access to Medicines.
