24 to 30 June, 2019 | New Delhi
The week-long national course on “Gender, Heath and Rights” organised by Sama is beginning on 24th June 2019 and will continue till 30th June at the Zorba the Buddha in south Delhi. The course will include diverse topics to build a comprehensive understanding on the following areas of gender, heath and rights:
- Social, Economic, Cultural and Political Aspects of Health
- Interrelation between Gender and Health – Impact and Relationship between Health and Issues of Gender and Inequality
- Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights focusing including health concerns of young people
- Analysis of Public Healthcare Services – Accessibility, Availability, Affordability and Quality
- Process of examining health services at community level and information on patient rights
- Information on health policies and related legislations
