CHENNAI: Social Welfare Minister Poongothai Aladi Aruna has appealed to doctors to adhere to the guidelines of the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) while treating patients with infertility problems.
Unveiling a plaque to mark the inauguration of the Lifeline Institute of Fertility Expertise, a department of Lifeline multispeciality hospital, at a function here on Thursday, she urged healthcare providers to adopt ethical practices and at the same time provide the poor with affordable healthcare services.
